February Employee of the month

Jennifer Warren

Jennifer, from day one, has been willing to work her butt off. She has stepped in and helped in all the different departments of the company.  She has been a huge asset in our homes. She is willing to work in any home we need her in. There have been times when someone calls off and with no notice Jennifer has rushed in to cover the shift. Just when you think she couldn’t do anymore she steps up and starts taking on Level 1 hours. No matter what the job or task, Jennifer has always been willing to take it on to help the team. Our people will never understand how lucky they are to have her as an advocate for them. She continually looks out for their best interest. We are lucky to have someone so selfless and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Thank you for all your hard work Jennifer, you deserve this honor.

MARCH EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH

Sally Pleger

Sally has been a backbone for the Landings site from the very beginning. She is willing to work day and night to make sure the gentlemen have what they need. We have had trouble finding staff to work the overnights at Landings due to it being an awake site. Sally has been willing to do 6 straight over nights to help us get through this staff shortage. There have been times when someone calls off and with no notice Sally has rushed in to cover the shift. She continually looks out for their best interest. We are lucky to have someone so selfless and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Thank you for all your hard work Sally, you deserve this honor.
